By accessing, browsing, or using PSLmaxxer ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
PSLmaxxer provides facial analysis services using artificial intelligence and algorithmic processing. Results are for entertainment and informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical, psychological, or professional advice.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Free Trials: If you start a free trial, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial duration and subscription terms displayed at the time of sign-up constitute your notice and reminder of the trial period. We are not obligated to send additional reminders before your trial ends or before any recurring charge. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period expires if you do not wish to be charged.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds for subscription fees or token purchases except as required by law.
You agree not to: upload images of minors; upload images without consent; harass any person; engage in illegal activity; reverse-engineer the Service; use bots or scraping tools; circumvent security measures; or upload malicious content.
By uploading photos or images through this Service, you transfer all rights to such content to us. User Content becomes our exclusive property and may be used for any purpose including AI training, marketing, research, and public leaderboards.
Public Display: Any image you upload may be selected for display on our public leaderboard feature. By using this Service, you consent to the public display of your facial images, scores, and analysis results on leaderboards visible to all users.
Interactive Rating Features: Your images may be shown to other users for interactive features including voting, rating comparisons, and gamified experiences within the app. Other users may submit their own ratings of your images, and these crowd-sourced ratings may be collected, displayed, and compared against AI-generated scores.
Access Restriction: Leaderboard access is restricted to active subscribers only. For purposes of this section, "active subscribers" means users with a paid subscription in good standing; users in a free trial period are not considered active subscribers and do not have leaderboard access.
No Opt-Out Guarantee: While we may provide tools to request removal, we are not obligated to remove any content from leaderboards. Images used for leaderboard or rating purposes may remain publicly visible indefinitely.
Waiver: You waive any right of publicity, privacy, or personality rights with respect to images displayed on leaderboards or used in interactive rating features.
This Service utilizes 3D facial recognition technology including ARKit TrueDepth, LiDAR scanning, and depth sensing.
By using the Service, you consent to collection of: 3D facial geometry; facial mesh data and vertices; depth maps; facial landmarks; eye measurements; facial proportions and ratios; canthal tilt, gonial angle, FWHR measurements; symmetry analysis; and all derived biometric data.
You acknowledge this data may be retained indefinitely, used for AI/ML training, combined with other user data, and shared with partners. Complete deletion may be technically impossible once data is used for AI training.
By using this Service, you provide informed written consent as required under the Illinois BIPA (740 ILCS 14/1), Texas CUBI Act, Washington Biometric Privacy Law, California CCPA, and similar laws.
We collect: facial images and biometric data; IP addresses and geolocation; device information; usage patterns; email addresses; and payment information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of results. Facial analysis results are algorithmic estimates and may not reflect actual attractiveness.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding your claim.
Any dispute will be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. Arbitration takes place in Dallas County, Texas.
YOU AGREE TO BRING DISPUTES ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
You waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising from these Terms or the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. For claims not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas.
You assume all risks associated with using the Service, including risks of emotional distress from viewing results, and agree not to hold us responsible for any harm.
AI and algorithms used may produce inaccurate, inconsistent, or erroneous results. Scores and ratings are NOT guaranteed to be accurate. Results may vary between scans of the same image.
You acknowledge that facial analysis may affect your self-perception and emotional well-being. You voluntarily choose to use this Service with full awareness of these potential effects and assume all responsibility for any psychological effects.
YOU RELEASE PSLmaxxer FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS related to: accuracy of results; emotional distress or psychological harm; self-esteem or body image effects; decisions made based on results; and any other harm of any kind.
You may request deletion of your account at any time. To delete your account, visit the account deletion page. Account deletion will remove your login credentials and cancel any active web subscriptions. Note that some data may be retained as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
