Privacy Policy — PSLmaxxer iOS App

PSLmaxxer ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by PSLmaxxer. This policy describes how the PSLmaxxer iOS application collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. TrueDepth API & Face Data

PSLmaxxer uses Apple's TrueDepth camera and ARKit face tracking technology to map facial geometry for analysis purposes. Specifically:

• The TrueDepth camera captures facial landmark data (68 points) to compute facial measurements such as symmetry, proportions, ratios, and angles.
• All facial analysis is performed on-device only. Face data is never sent to external servers, stored in the cloud, or shared with third parties.
• Face data is processed in real-time during the scan and is not persistently stored beyond the current session's scan results.
• We do not use TrueDepth data for advertising, tracking, profiling, or any purpose other than providing facial analysis within the app.
• Face data is not collected, shared, or sold to third parties.
• The app does not create a face profile or facial template that can identify you outside of the app.
• Captured scan photos remain on your device only and are not uploaded to any server.

2. Information We Collect

PSLmaxxer iOS collects minimal information to provide the service:

• Facial scan data: Facial geometry measurements computed from the TrueDepth camera. Processed and stored on-device only. Never transmitted externally.
• Profile data: Height and weight entered by you for BMI calculation. Stored locally on your device only.
• Scan photos: Photos captured during the scanning process. Stored locally on your device only. Not uploaded or transmitted.
• Subscription data: Managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process, access, or store your payment information.
• Content Ownership Program data (opt-in only): If you voluntarily participate in the Content Ownership Program (free scan in exchange for content rights), your facial scan image and reaction video (if recorded) are uploaded to our servers. This upload only occurs after you explicitly accept the content ownership consent prompt within the app. Users who subscribe to a paid plan or use referral codes are not affected — their data remains entirely on-device.

3. Data Storage

All personal data, including scan results, facial measurements, photos, and profile information, is stored locally on your device.

We do not maintain user accounts, cloud databases, or remote storage of any personal data.

If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

Content Ownership Program exception: For users who opt into the Content Ownership Program, facial scan images and reaction videos are uploaded to and stored on our servers (hosted by Supabase, Inc.). This content becomes the permanent property of PSLmaxxer as described in our Terms of Service. This stored content is not deleted upon app uninstallation and is retained indefinitely. All other users' data remains stored locally on-device only.

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.
• Face data and scan photos never leave your device.

Content Ownership Program exception: Content submitted through the Content Ownership Program may be used, published, and shared on social media platforms, marketing materials, advertising, and promotional content. This sharing applies only to users who have explicitly accepted the content ownership consent prompt. No data from paid subscribers or referral users is ever shared.

5. Third-Party Services

PSLmaxxer uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat processes anonymous transaction identifiers provided by Apple. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Apple App Store: For payment processing and subscription billing. See Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
• Supabase: For server-side storage of content submitted through the Content Ownership Program only. See Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

No face data, scan photos, facial measurements, or personal profile information is shared with any third-party service.

6. Biometric Data Notice

For users in Illinois, Texas, Washington, and other jurisdictions with biometric privacy laws:

PSLmaxxer processes facial geometry data using Apple's TrueDepth camera solely for the purpose of providing facial analysis features. This data is processed on-device only and is never transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by our servers or any third party.

By using the Face Scan feature, you consent to the on-device processing of your facial geometry as described in this policy.

Users who opt into the Content Ownership Program consent to the upload and storage of their facial scan image on our servers. This upload occurs only with explicit consent and constitutes voluntary disclosure of biometric-derived data for the purposes described in our Terms of Service.

7. Children's Privacy

PSLmaxxer is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, please contact us.

8. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information at all times. You can delete all data by uninstalling the app.

There are no accounts to delete and no server-side data to request, because we do not store your information on our servers.

9. Security

Your data remains on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security features, including encryption and biometric authentication.

Since no data is transmitted to external servers, there is no risk of server-side data breaches.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
